Actualmente, hasta 37 peticiones han sido remitidas al Tribunal Supremo para pedir la anulaci\u00f3n de la Ley Antiterrorista.<\/p>\n<p>La Ley Antiterrorista sirve como arma legal del Estado para garantizar m\u00e1s ataques contra las personas defensoras de los derechos, las tierras y el medioambiente. De hecho, dos Aetas de Zambales &#8211; Jepoy Garung y Junior Ramos &#8211; son las primeras personas de las que se tiene constancia que han sido acusadas en virtud de esta ley.<\/p>\n<p>IPRI se compromete a apoyar a los pueblos ind\u00edgenas en su lucha por la justicia, por desafiante que sea. La Ley Antiterrorista de Filipinas sirve como arma legal del Estado para garantizar m\u00e1s ataques contra las personas defensoras de los derechos, las tierras y el medioambiente.
