Partners

IPRI has multidimensional partnerships with indigenous organizations and networks,  advocate groups,  CSOs including relevant institutions. The partnership can be advocacy or activity based, short-term or long-term with funding support. The partnership is guided by a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that contributes to the achievement of IPRI’s Vision, Mission and Goals.

Partner Organizations are involved in joint planning and implementation of advocacies and/or activities and in developing joint proposals.

Key Functions of Partner Organization

  • Share information on cases and other relevant information relating to the criminalization of, attacks and impunity against indigenous peoples.
  • Participate in IPRI activities at the national level, regional and in global actions as appropriate.
  • Request support and assistance as needed in relation to specific cases and or planned actions.
  • Provide organizational updates as relevant in relation to coordination, advocacy and communication.
  • Comply with the terms and conditions set forth in Memorandum of Agreement 9 MOA) of Memorandum of Understanding in relation to funding support and or joint activities. Submit reports (financial and narrative) as identified in the MOA.
